Supply-chain planning, certification route, test reports, packaging, logistics and regional compliance support.
ODM 6–9 months · JDM 9–14 months
Timeline depends on optics, certification scope, tooling complexity, firmware/app integration and requirement changes. The earlier the requirements are frozen, the lower the downstream cost and schedule risk.
